We take our Environmental responsibilities serious and have documented policies and practises in place to ensure we minimise the impact of business activities on the environment.  We utilise the Ecobuy.org.au website when procuring supplies and we are listed on the Ecofind section of this website as a certified supplier of environmental friendly services.

We only use GECA approved products and chemicals in our operations and offset our carbon emissions through accredited organisations.  We can provide alternate methods of managing your waste streams and have introduced over 35 new waste recycling programs in our clients sites across Australia.

Environmental health and safety considerations are pivotal in our planning for all existing and new projects.

Shining Knight has been recognised as a leader in the area of environmental management and sustainability by our listing as a finalist in the City of Whitehorse Sustainability Awards and by our nomination in the Premiers Sustainability Awards in 2010.

In addition, we regularly inspect each premise and complete inspection reports to make sure that all areas are cleaned in accordance with the agreed specifications. Continual monitoring of sites ensures that we deliver consistently high levels of service, in line with our documented quality management system.
