The Managing Director & figurehead of Shining Knight, Arthur has over 25 years experience in commercial cleaning and property maintenance.
Arthur’s passion, drive and commitment to being the best is the catalyst for the success of Shining Knight. He represents what Shining Knight stands for.
Whilst leading and overseeing the business operations, Arthur maintains direct contact with clients. His prime focus at all times is to ensure that the Shining Knight service delivery is meeting the specific requirements of the project whilst exceeding the expectations of the customer.
Arthur holds a Certificate III in Asset Maintenance and a Certificate IV in Business Management.

Chief Executive Officer: Kim Calcatjicos
Kim has extensive sales and marketing experience in a diverse range of industries as well as over 16 years experience in commercial cleaning with Shining Knight.
Kim leads the achievement, enforcement, and compliance of Shining Knight Facility Services triple certified management system. She is responsible for all matters regarding quality, OH&S, and environmental management, and maintains regular contact with clients to assist in improving their cleaning contract.
As part of these responsibilities, Kim plays a lead role in innovation and is a key person in Shining Knights commitment to create and deliver the best possible solutions for our clients, whilst always seeking to improve our own internal practices, systems, and standards.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science with honours in Biochemistry.

Client Relationship Managers: Mr. Nicholas Anastasiou, Mr. Jason Chambers and Mr. George Spanos have a combined 65 years experience in commercial cleaning, specialising in private and government cleaning contracts. They are responsible for managing all contracts on a daily basis, which also involves performing regular cleaning inspections and audits. All 3 have exceptional people management and communication skills, and are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All 3 hold a Certificate III in Asset Maintenance and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
